Wood, Wine and Blues Festival

Join us for Storm Lake, Iowa’s annual Wood, Wine and Blues Festival, During this competition, guests are encouraged to watch the carvings come to life and vote on their favorite for the Vetter Equipment People’s Choice Contest. The event kicks off on Friday as the chainsaw artists begin their masterpiece carvings in Sunset Park. Watch them carve throughout the day and then come back for the quick carve competition. During this time the artists receive 90 minutes to turn a 4-foot log into a work of art. The pieces from the quick carve will be auctioned off to the public Saturday via silent auction.

Live Music will be available throughout the event, featuring Coyote Bill’s Band, Stone Cutters Union and Nick Schenblen.
