Join Mel as we bring the bikes into the GEX Studio to celebrate our Veterans with this patriotic workout. You will get your heart pumping on the bike and use resistance training for strength off the bike. Please wear your RED, WHITE, and BLUE! This class is Free for members and nonmembers.
