Sac County Fair
The Sac County Fairgrounds offers modern event facilities just across from Sac City’s 1908 Chautauqua Pavilion and minutes away from the World’s Largest Popcorn Ball. Opened in 1870, the Sac County Fairground has hosted more than 150 Sac County Fairs.
Today the County Fair draws over 12,000 visitors from all over Iowa with over 900 entries from 4-H and FFA members. It also plays host for many community events throughout the year, such as the Turkey Trot and Color Run. Recent renovations and upgrades make it the perfect site to host events such as weddings, concerts, and exhibitions.
