Pump and Run 5K

The Cedar Valley SportsPlex Pump and Run 5K is back for a third year! In addition to the Pump and Run 5K we will be putting on one of the largest health expos in Iowa. This event is designed to highlight the amazing downtown Waterloo, all of the healthy resources that the Cedar Valley has to offer, and encourage people to get out and move! This event will also include a free public health expo Friday night during the pump and packet pickup. All of the money from this event will go towards helping offer healthy outreach programs for  Waterloo Community Schools and the Boys & Girls club.
