Live Your Best Life Sensory Run and Walk

Run with us in a 5k, Or Walk with us for a mile, Or do your own virtual 5k from wherever you please, And live your best life in the process.

This inclusive event is for seasoned runners, novices, wonderful walkers, and anyone who might need an assistive device to help with mobility. We are going to have sensory stations to make the walk more fun and inclusive for those that enjoy something a little atypical.

Systems Unlimited has been a non-profit leader for Home and Community Based Services for more than 50 years in Eastern Iowa, serving people with disabilities and mental health needs. All profits from the 5K fund ongoing projects for the betterment of the individuals we serve and to further assist in our vision to remove barriers to independence and inspire the people we serve to achieve their own personal successes.
