ABOUT THE URBAN FOREST FESTIVAL

Join us for Urban Forest Festival 2024 as we visit all three locations of the Atlanta’s Children’s Forest Network to activate the forests we love in urban spaces. Walk over to Lionel Hampton Beech Nature Preserve and spend the morning with us utilizing this lesser-known West Atlanta trail on a native species hike. Head over to Cascade Springs Nature Preserve to take a historical hike of the space and participate in citizen-led stewardship efforts. Lastly, hang out with us at the Outdoor Activity Center for a family-friendly hike, hands-on-activities and exploration of the forests.
