Tina’s Cat Run takes place on the third Saturday in October, every year, in beautiful downtown Ball Ground GA, at the Ball Ground City Park.  Our goal is to bring awareness to Domestic Violence in our community, and to raise money for our local shelters. All proceeds from this event benefit the Cherokee Family Violence Center and the North Georgia Mountain Crisis Network, Inc.

The race starts and ends in front of the Ball Ground Public Library.  It's a fast, flat, out and back course, which is USATF Certified #GA22044WC. The race is an Official Atlanta Journal - Constitution Peachtree Road Race Qualifying Event.

Every participant receives an amazing, one of a kind, custom Cat Run t-shirt. Custom medals are  given in the 5K Race, to all male and female 1st, 2nd & 3rd place finishers, per age group, as well as Overall, Masters and Grand Masters.  Finisher medals are given to everyone who completes the 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk.
