The "Best of Unknown Athens with Liam Parke" features some of the best singer-songwriters in Athens GA giving an open access performance and discussion of their songs. Each performer plays one-song-at-a-time per performer and then passes the torch to the next performer and so on.. This series of unique performances have been a regular monthly event at The Foundry for the past 4 years.. Over 200 Athens songwriters have already appeared on the show.
Enjoy our full menu and bar service while discovering some of the best new original music in Athens and The South. Performances start at 7:30 PM and go till 10:00 PM. Each showcase features up to 6 singer-songwriters who perform 4-7 original songs each during the evening. The show's unique format allows a guest to see each performer perform in about a 45 minute "round" or stay the entire 3 hours and see each performer do 4-7 original songs. Well-known singer-songwriter, Liam Parke of the bands "TRUE BORN SONS" and "Repent at Leisure" is the Host and Producer of the show.
