Starr Park
Starr Park is named after the late State Senator Terrell Starr. This 18 acre park adjacent to the Recreation building is equipped with a walking track, water fountains, benches, picnic tables, multiple pavilions, swimming pool, volleyball court, lighted tennis court, mini golf course, one (1) work-out station, one (1) play center for ages 5-12, one (1) play center for ages 2-5, multi complex fields (football, baseball, softball, soccer), concession, entertainment facility, lighted football stadium with seating for 2,000 spectators, restrooms, and trash receptacles.
