Join some of our Park Rangers for a mindful and meditative evening by the lake to celebrate National Self-Awareness Day. We will have some small notebooks and pens for you to write your reflections in, but feel free to bring your own journal if you have one! Meet at the Fishing Dock at Black Rock Mountain Lake.
