Celebrate Fourth of July at Jarrell Plantation with live patriotic and bluegrass music, old time carnival games, relays, and races. See the farm come to life with farm skill demos and stay for a slice of watermelon and a reading of the Declaration of Independence. Note: event admission pricing varies.

All of our special events require an event admission rate that is different to our normal admission for self-guided tours. The historic site covers a half mile of walking up and down hill. Many of our historic structures require the use of stairs to see inside.
