Independence Day Celebration at Fort McAllister State Park

Step back in time and commemorate Independence Day with the spirit of 1864! This traditional celebration is filled with captivating living history demonstrations, featuring musket firings and the awe-inspiring spectacles of artillery display as well as old-timey games and fresh watermelon!

Regular Fort admission rates apply. There will be no 2:00pm tour today. We will all be out playing games and firing muskets.
