Independence Celebration at Fort Moore

At Fort Moore, we celebrate Independence Day a little early! Our annual Independence Celebration, June 29, provides Soldiers, their families, and our surrounding community a safe environment to enjoy a free concert, children’s activities and a fantastic fireworks show.

Modern Country artist Brett Young, headlining the free concert, is set to capture hearts with his “Caliville” style. Special guest Huntley, Season 24 winner of The Voice, will captivate the crowd with his style of Southern blues and rock paired with his commanding stage presence. Black Rhino Sound, the electrifying Texas DJ, will kick off the evening and energize the crowd.

The 2024 Fort Moore Independence Celebration, presented by Kia Autosport, will also include a Kids Zone sponsored by Headquarter Nissan, aerial demonstrations by the Silver Wings,  34-foot jump towers and a variety of food vendors. The Maneuver Center of Excellence Band concludes the evening with a patriotic score choreographed to the Floor & Décor fireworks show.

4:00pm: Venue opens to General Public on York Field & Gardner Field

4:00-8:30pm: Food trucks on York and  Gardner Field are open 34-foot jump towers are open

4:00-8:30pm: Headquarter Nissan Fun Zone on Gardner Field

4:15 -5:30pm: Dj Black Rhino performs on stage on York Field

5:30 -5:45pm: Welcoming Remarks by Cg

5:45-6:30pm: Performance by Rolling Thunder, Mcoe Rock Band

6:30-7:00pm:Silver Wings demonstration

7:00 - 8:00pm: Huntley performs

8:30 -10:00pm: Brett Young performs

10:00pm: MCoE Band performance and Floor and Decor Fireworks Show

11:00pm: Event concludes
