The Chattahoochee Council, Scouting America Council has teamed up with CTC- Columbus Technical College to bring a new opportunity for Scouts BSA Scouts to not only earn merit badges, but learn skills and content from the subject matter experts themselves, our local professors!
Scouts have the opportunity to work on Merit Badges in a series, where the course content in each class builds the skills necessary to finish the additional merit badges throughout the day.There is the opportunity to explore merit badges that spark their interest in various fields or if they choose we even offer BLS(Basic Life Saving) Certification.Merit Badge University truly has something to offer every Scout!
There is a mixture of of Full Day and Half Day courses to choose from.
