Atlanta Hong Kong Dragon Boat Festival

Registration for the 2024 Atlanta Hong Kong Dragon Boat Festival is open! We are excited to be offering the option of both 20 seat and 10 seat boats this year! We have limited spaces available for the 10 seat boats. We have 30 slots available. First come, first served! If you sponsor at Silver level or above, you have the option of choosing either all 20 seat boats, all 10 seater boats, or a combination. Please note we are limited to the four divisions for the 10 seater boats. As always, medals will be given for each division for each type of boat.

Schedule of Events:

5:30 AM - Parking Opens
6:00 AM - Venue Opens / Registrar Opens for Team Check In
6:30 AM - Off-site Parking and Shuttles Open
6:50 AM - Safety Boat Driver Meeting (base of tower)
7:00 AM - Mandatory Team Captain's Meeting to be followed by Steerer's Meeting (base of tower)
7:10 AM - Blessing of the Boats by Buddhist Monks
7:30 AM - Laotian Honor Guard – US Flag, National Anthem
7:40 AM - Marshalling Opens for Heat 1
8:00 AM - Dragon Boat Races Begin
12:00 PM - Opening Ceremonies Begin
1:30 PM - Finals Begin
3:40 PM (Approx) - Awards Ceremony
