JOIN BEACHES MUSEUM IN CELEBRATING RAILROAD HISTORY AT “LOGGIN’ IN NORTHEAST FLORIDA.”

To open the “Riding the Rails: Pablo Beach Train Day” celebration, Beaches Museum is proud to present Loggin’ in Northeast Florida. During this event, a local expert will present on the history of logging in Northeast Florida followed by a film screening of a documentary made by the Cummer and Sons Cypress Logging company during their heyday. The event will conclude with a presentation on the Museum’s historic steam locomotive and the role it played in logging Florida. Light hors-d’oeuvres and drinks will be served.


The event is free with registration. Doors will open at 5:30 and the event will begin at 6:00.
