Phillippi Shores 5k - 1mile fun run
The Phillippi Shores 5K, presented by The Sarasota Dental Group AND Venice Dental Associates, 7:30 am start time. Is for the sole benefit of the Phillippi Shores International Baccalaureate World School and its students. Come out and show your talent and earn some well-deserved race series points.
The 1 Mile Fun Run 8:15 Start time is a great family event that invites all athletic levels to join in on the fun. Whether you sprint or enjoy a leisurely walk on the 1-mile course, you are sure to enjoy the experience that will earn you a ribbon!
The Family Fun Zone comes alive after the 5K run and remains open until 10:00 AM. Runners, walkers, and spectators will enjoy games, face painting, and jump houses to continue the fun.
At the Recovery Zone enjoy delicious and nutritious snacks and drinks to recover from your morning activity.
5K Awards: Overall youth and adult, male and female, Masters, Grand Masters, Senior Grand Masters and Veteran; 5K Age group: 5 year age groups- Male and Female (6 Deep); 1-Mile Fun Run: Ribbons for all finishers and prizes for top male and female; Special Award for the largest team!
