A Tribute Dhrupad Concert in memory of the late Vidushi Manju N. Mehta the renowned sitar player, co-founder of one of India’s largest musical festivals,“Saptak”.
DHRUPAD is a meditative vocal tradition.
Rooted in Vedic chants and India’s oldest living musical tradition.
Padmashri Umakant Gundecha, Anant Gundecha and Dhani Gundecha, accompanied by Akhilesh Gundecha on the percussion 'Pakhavaj'.
