The Byzantine chain maille is one of the oldest and most popular patterns used for jewelry through the centuries. It is made using specific sized jump rings that are woven in a particular pattern. No experience is necessary to make this bracelet. Lynn will show you the proper way to open and close jump rings to ensure the completion of a professional piece of jewelry. You will need two pairs of craft pliers. Lynn recommends a chain nose and bent nose. Bring a bead mat or a placemat to cover your workspace and magnification if you need it for close work.

The *kit includes the silver-plated jump rings and clasp to make a bracelet up to eight inches.
