Join us on May 25, 2024 to participate in this iconic, hero workout; dedicated to the men and women of the U.S. Military who made the ultimate sacrifice to protect our country.

Named after U.S. Navy Seal, Lt. Michael P. Murphy, MURPH consists of a 1-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, and another 1-mile run.
