Annual Empowering Children 5K

The 3rd Annual Empowering Children 5K presented by Heal The Planet is chipped time and awards will be provided to the top 3 (male and female) for overall and age groups.  Participants also have a 1 Mile Run/Walk option. The 1 Mile will also be chipped timed and start at 7:45am. Each participant will receive a custom race bib with RFID timing chip, Heal The Planet 5K event shirt, and sustainable finisher medal.

Schedule:

6:15am - Park gates open, Registration and packet pickup open
6:30am - Vendors open
6:45am - Music and entertainment begin
7:10am - 5K fitness warmup
7:25am - Announcements and National Anthem
7:30am - Start of the Empower Children 5K presented by Heal The Planet
7:45am - Start of the Empower Children 1 Mile Run/Walk presented by Heal The Planet
8:45am - Awards Ceremony
