Ryan Lambert Memorial 5K

The Ryan Lambert Memorial is a charitable organization that has been formed with the intent of raising awareness and funds to support both Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund (VVMF) and the American Foundation for Suicide Awareness (AFSP) in the name and memory of Ryan Andrew Lambert.

The course is a flat and fast 5K at Bowers Beach.
