Beautiful course through Cape Henlopen State Park, through Ft. Miles & turning around behind the campground at the abandoned tower.

Custom awards will be presented to the Overall, Master, and the top three finishers in the following 10 age groups for each event:
5k...9 & U, 10-13, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+
