Fourth of July Weekend

We celebrate our independence with a weekend full of events! July also kicks off our TOYS FOR TOTS month at the campground. Drop off a new-unwrapped toy in one of our receptacles and help make this coming Christmas special for local families in need.

As a reminder- NO FIREWORKS are allowed on the property at any time!

Schedule:

Kid's Crafts: 10am-12pm, in the Community Center

Golf Cart Parade: 12pm, line up in front of the Office for photos before the parade

Food Truck: Sarcastic Chef 11am-4pm under Prettyman Pavilion. Chef Wan and his crew return to Homestead Campground to serve up some of the best burgers, tacos, and po'boys.

Ice Cream Social: 3pm in the Community Center. Homestead will be scooping sundae's to help add to the Toys For Tots fundraiser. For $5, you can choose either vanilla or chocolate as your base, a choice of 3 different syrups, 5 different toppings, and have it all topped off with whipped cream and a cherry! We will also have $5 rootbeer floats available! All of the money raised for this will go directly to Toys For Tots!

Live music: Mathew Street Band: 7:30pm-10:30pm under Prettyman Pavilion. Mathew Street Band returns so grab your dancing shoes, favorite beverage, and friends!
