Humanity's Kitchen, New Castle, DE

Founded in 2012, the Humanity's Kitchen offers a state-of-the-art facility and a 14-week long training course for students, as well as an after-school program and a summer camp. Students receive two chef uniforms, a professional knife set, an android tablet, non-slip kitchen shoes, complimentary lunch every day, and a monthly transportation stipend. Delaware Technical Community College

The Technical Community College of Delaware offers cooking classes in both their Staton and Dover locations. As part of their Continuing Ed program, anyone can sign up for classes and class sizes are generally pretty small. Choose from programs like “Date Night Sushi,” Perogi Love,” and more.

The Kitchen Class, Newark, DE

The Kitchen Class is a part of the University of Delaware’s English Language program and provides international students with instruction in culinary art, culture, social etiquette, American culture, and hospitality.
