Bring the entire family & join us at Milford Public Library as we provide FREE blood pressure and BMI screenings for everyone, and dental exams with on-the-spot assistance and dental referrals. FREE cholesterol, HgA1C, and lead testing for AmeriHealth Caritas DE members. In addition, we will also be providing FREE health & wellness-related educational material and giveaways to everyone who joins us at the event!
