The Sailfest

Sailfest is Southeastern Connecticut’s premiere summertime event, complete with a major fireworks display, amusement rides, free entertainment, ships, and over 200 vendors lining the streets. There will be plenty to see, buy, and eat, so make sure to come hungry and ready to try new food.

Free Concerts All Weekend
Sailfest produces multiple stages of entertainment ranging from Latin to Country, and more. Many new and upcoming artists are ready to take the stage, as well as some known local talent like Big Lux & Tony Marshall and the New London Big Band.

Food
Sailfest has plenty of delicious food for everyone’s needs. Whether you crave American food, like fried dough, or lobster rolls; our vendors have what you want! With homemade waffle bites and Ice cream, Gyros and new this year Prime Beef Bombs, Sailfest is the melting pot of event food.

Craft Beer Tent
Be sure to stop by the Craft Beer tent located at the Parade Plaza. Tox Brewing Co. will again be brewing a special limited edition Sailfest beer.  Other craft beers will include Whalers and Two Roads.

Sunday Family Funday
Come out with the family and enjoy these events:
12:30 Pirate Invasion- Ahoy mate! Dress like a pirate and defend the City of New London. Join in a Pirate Invasion at Parade Plaza for kids. The first 50 kids will get foam swords to help defend the city.
