Ron Baldwin, a professional square dance caller, guides you through an evening of easy-to- learn dances. Experienced square-dancing volunteers join Ron to help you hit your stride.

Ron Baldwin Professional Square Dance Caller. Ron was introduced to square dancing while in the U.S. Army in Germany, one of the more than 30 foreign countries where modern American square dancing is popular. He has been a professional caller since 2016. In 2017, he founded the Square Bears Dance Club, and serves as the club’s caller and mentor. Ron is an active member of CALLERLAB, the largest international association of professional square dance callers, and a frequent guest caller throughout New England.

Square Bears is a social dance club dedicated to teaching modern square dancing, located in Wilton, CT. They offer introductory fun nights and weekly lessons at the Wilton Congregational Church.
