Miles for Mutts 5K Run
Miles for Mutts 5k is an OFFICIAL timed race for runners, walkers, and waggers! (You do not need to be a runner to participate!) This event will have fun activities for the whole family including your dogs!
Come join us for a fun day, at our Miles for Mutts 5k Run - benefiting Paws Rescue League Inc. in our mission to save dogs who are at high risk of euthanasia from high kill shelters.
Miles for Mutts is an official timed 5k run for avid runners, but it is also open to those who like to stroll, or wag! All are welcomed and encouraged to sign up and come join the fun!
Children under 12 (run/walk/ride) for free!
Children 12 and older would need to be registered as a runner.
Registered runners will get bibs, for official time, and a PRL Miles for Mutts T shirt ( while supplies last)..
Dogs are welcome to attend as well! Registration for dogs includes 2 hour dog swim and a bandana ( while supplies last).
5K start time is 9:00 am
Check in begins at 8:00 am
EVENT DAY ITINERARY: August 31st, 2024
8:00 AM - Bib pickup and late registrations.
8:50 AM - Registration cut off!
9:00 AM - 5K RACE STARTS!
10:00 AM - Dog Swim, facepainting.
12:00 PM - RACE ENDS, DOG SWIM ENDS!
1:00 PM - Meet with rescue dogs!
1:20 PM - RAFFLE
2:00 PM - EVENT ENDS!
PRE registration will allow you to reserve your spot for the race, and guarantee a t-shirt!
Bib pickup will be at 8:00 am on August 31st, 2024 at Salmon Brook Park in Granby Connecticut!

Includes access to course, bibs, and T-shirts
(T-shirts are while supplies last)
Registration for Dogs:
Includes access to the course, dog swim and a bandana.
(Bandanas are while supplies last)
