Autumn Leaves Jazz Duo

Autumn Leaves is Ben Stern (piano) and Liz Reed (vocals). Ben majored in jazz piano at Skidmore, and has come back to his art in the last five or six years. Liz's roots are in folk and Americana, producing five albums of original songs in the folk genre. Liz developed a love for jazz standards after her short career as an opera diva at UConn, and after meeting her husband, who introduced her to the likes of Coltrane, Davis, Nat King Cole, Fitzgerald and Holiday. Take a trip back in time with oldies like "Bye, Bye, Blackbird," and "Blue Moon," standards such as "My Foolish Heart," and (of course) "Autumn Leaves" and a few soul and pop tunes like "Midnight Train to Georgia" or "You Are So Beautiful."
