Gravel Triathlon
The triathlon distance will be a 0.5 mile swim, 17 mile road and gravel bike ride through the rolling country-side, and a 4 mile run that's out-an-back on a gravel path that hugs the lakeside! See course maps for more details!
Gravel Aquabike
Will feature the same 0.5 mile swim and 17 mile bike as the triathlon distance event. Once athletes finish the bike they'll run 100 meters to the finish line next to transition.
Gravel Duathlon
The duathlon distance will be a 2 mile trail run, 17 mile road and gravel bike ride through the rolling country-side, and finish with a 4 mile run that's out-an-back on a gravel path that hugs the lakeside! See course maps for more details!
Stand-Up Paddle-Board Option
This option is limited to just 40 stand-up paddle-boarders due to the limited space in the starting area! Instead of a swim, you'll simply start the race and complete the 0.5 mile swim course on your stand-up paddle-board.
Schedule:
6:30am - 7:45am - Athlete check-in
7:45am - Transition Area Closes No exceptions!
8:00am - Stand-up Paddleboard Wave goes off
8:05am - Triathlon Start First Wave goes off
Subsequent waves will start every 5min
9:10am - Post-race snacks, massage, music & expo
11:00am - Awards Ceremony
