A Sacred Cultural Celebration and Fundraiser: Tibetan Monks Bring Compassion and Healing to Evergreen, Colorado. Everyone is welcome, please join us!

This five-day celebration will begin at 12 noon on October 30 and continue at 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, through November 3.

Join us for a special family-friendly fundraising event supporting the Ngari Institute, a Tibetan Buddhist organization dedicated to the education and well-being of underprivileged children in Ladakh, India. From October 30 - November 3, the Ngari Institute monks, led by Geshe Tsewang Dorje, will bring their healing energy and cultural artistry to Evergreen, Colorado, offering a unique opportunity to experience the beauty and depth of Tibetan Buddhist traditions while contributing to a meaningful cause.
This five-day celebration will begin at 12 noon, October 30 and continue at 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., daily, through November 3. The monks will work at Congregation Beth Evergreen creating a healing Medicine Buddha Sand Mandala, made from colored sand using traditional tools and techniques passed down for centuries.
This Fundraising event is free and open to the public, with donations supporting the Ngari Institute's ongoing work. Proceeds will go toward providing housing, meals, education, and care for disadvantaged children, many of whom are orphans. Everyone is welcome to be part of this joyful and meaningful celebration!
The Ngari Institute Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit based in, Ladakh, India, is dedicated to preserving Tibetan Buddhist culture and providing educational support to underprivileged children. The foundation's work encompasses housing and caring for school-age children, as well as training monks at the Ngari Institute of Buddhist Dialectics.
