Grace Commons Church
In 1872, one year after Boulder was incorporated, ten members of the new town organized the First Presbyterian Church of Boulder. In 1896 the historic Chapel was built to provide a worship space for a congregation of 183 people.
Grace Commons Church is approaching the 150th anniversary of its life together. Throughout the generations, God has been faithful to this church in downtown Boulder. While the Core Values have been newly articulated, these same commitments have been the foundation of life and ministry of Grace Commons Church since the beginning.
