First Presbyterian Church
Missions
Someone once said, “God’s love has skin on it.” We think that is true. Mission and Outreach at FPC is about people, activities, and organizations that embody God’s love for the world. Our congregation creatively and financially supports the work and ministry described here.
We invite you to celebrate
Celebrate and give thanks for the faithfulness and for the creativity of the ministry that you help support. Whether it’s a local food program for hungry school children or a health clinic in Africa, you are a part of good and faithful ministry happening all over the world. We have so many reasons to give thanks! Join us in celebrating ministry that affects people’s day-to-day lives, because God’s love has skin on it.
We ask for your support
You might not be able to walk in Africa, but you might be able to walk in the Crop Walk To End Hunger in our community. You might be unable to drive a van, but you could wash bedding for a homeless family getting back on their feet while they live at the church. You will not be able to participate in every opportunity available, but we encourage you to consider the place where God might be calling you to serve. Because God’s love has skin on it.
tell us What isn't here
Is there a need in Fort Collins that you think FPC could help meet? Is there an organization or an effort in Northern Colorado that you think would make a good mission partner? Your Mission and Outreach Center is wise and faithful, but they need your help. So we ask you to partner with us as together we seek to embody the truth that God’s love has skin on it.
