Eagle Mushroom and Wild Food Festival

The 3-day Festival is filled with mushroom foraging, culinary experiences and nature exploration.  Explore the natural world, and its bounty with notable mycologists and wild food experts; Orion Aon, Larry Evans, Ken Kassenbrock,  John Sir Jesse, Jon Sommer, Brian Barzee and Sebastian Tabibi.

Keynote speaker Jon Sommer, President of the Colorado Mycological Society, adds a touch of mycological intrigue to the evening, marking the beginning of the festival with a perfect blend of flavor and knowledge.
