Welcome to Dragon Summer Tai Chi in Observatory Park!
Join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating morning of Tai Chi in the beautiful surroundings of Observatory Park. Come and enjoy the peaceful practice of Tai Chi as we transition from spring to summer.
Joe Brady and Jacqui Shumway are considered some of the best at teaching novices the movements of Tai Chi Ch'uan. At the same time, they help experienced "Tai Chi Players" deepen their appreciation of this ancient healing martial art.
No experience is necessary, so all are welcome to attend!
Walk With A Doc with Denver Health leads a 30-minute walk around the neighborhood at 8:30 am. (Dr. Grace Alfonsi will have a different topic each week.) They will arrive back in time for you to join the Tai Chi!
