Artist Talk and Tour with Noelle Phares

Noelle Phares will discuss her new body of work depicting seven sites along the Colorado River in conversation with her twin sister, Natalie Collar, Ph.D., a Senior Hydrologist and Rachel Pittinger, P.E., a Senior Water Resources Engineer, both who are with Wright Water Engineers, Inc., in relation to some of the river’s most pressing environmental issues.
