Celebrate 40 Years of Your City's Chamber Orchestra
Our annual Garden Party got a glow up in honor of our 40th Anniversary! This year's celebration is a dinner-and-a-show extravaganza featuring our friends at the Colorado Springs Chorale:
Mendelssohn - Hebrides Overture in B Minor, op. 26, "Fingal's Cave"
Beethoven - Choral Fantasy in C minor, op. 80
Dvorak - V. Finale (Furiant): Presto
Rodgers & Hammerstein - It's a Grand Night for Singing
Willson - Highlights from The Music Man
Rodgers & Hammerstein - You'll Never Walk Alone/Climb Every Mountain
Bates & Ward (arr. Thomas Wilson) - America, the Beautiful
Opening with Mendelssohn's Hebrides Overture - the very first work ever played by the Chamber Orchestra - then the brilliance of Beethoven and a score of incredible show tunes, it will be a night to remember. Formal dress is encouraged.
