Volunteer Day at Cabrillo Horticulture

We are sharing our vision for the Front Landscape Renovation at Cabrillo Horticulture and then getting down to business and doing plant removal!  Our goal is to have 40 volunteers there! Please bring yourself and a friend, bring your gloves and we will provide yerba buena tea, a lecture on culturally and ecologically important native plants we are using in our landscape, and the tools needed to do some plant removal! At this time we can not support a volunteer event with minors under 18 or pets, so please leave them at home to care for each other. You do not need to sign up but please plan to come to the entire event as it will be hard to catch folks up who miss the lecture part! Tools provided. 9:30 - 11:30 am, park in student lot, Room 5005.
