At Venteux, we believe that using natural farming and winemaking techniques is the best way to showcase the unique land and location of our vineyard, located in the coveted Willow Creek district of Paso Robles. Dry-farmed and head-trained vines combined with natural yeast fermentation are just some of the ways we are able to hand craft our award-winning Rhône varietals.
