Steps4Smiles 5k/10k Charity Race
The start line and finish line will be located inside Vasona Park, with more details to be emailed closer to the event (333 Blossom Hill Road, Los Gatos, CA 95032). Please arrive from 5:20-5:40 pm for check-in (you must check-in on race day). We recommend you arrive earlier than that to be able to park somewhere. When you arrive, you will have some time to visit our sponsors' and partners' booths. Roughly 15 min later, we will start the 5K as well. After you complete your race, if you purchased a deluxe deal, you can pick up your medal and your swag bag. Confirmation of these details will be sent out the night before race day.
SMILE is a group of high school student-athletes looking to use their love of running to put a smile on as many faces as possible. Standing for, Supporting Malnourished Individuals Looking for Equity, we believe that by bringing a community together, there is no issue that can’t be solved. We strive to gather our community for our charitable 5k/10k race and raise money for one of the most prevalent problems in society today: hunger and food insecurity. By providing racers with the chance to set new personal records, or just enjoy a morning run with friends and family, and raising money to support less fortunate people in the process, we hope our event leaves everyone with a big smile.
