Seven Oxen Estate Wines

Seven Oxen is an organically-farmed, 100% estate winery featuring small lots of Rhône and Zinfandel wines produced from the Templeton Gap and Willow Creek sub AVA’s of Paso Robles. Our owner-operated business is run by Founder, Adriana Neal, and Founding French Winemaker, Bastien Leduc.  Their small but mighty team is devoted to creating down-to-earth wines with an old-world elegance that are a true expression of a place and time.

“Seven Oxen” is a reference to the seven stars of the Big Dipper constellation, which rotates around the North Star like oxen on a threshing floor. The position of the North Star remains constant, as do our principles of stewardship and responsibility. Oxen are known for their relentless team work. When working together as a unit, oxen can carry ten times their capacity as individuals. We view our project in the same light. With a shared passion for a common goal, the small Seven Oxen team works tirelessly to farm our beautiful piece of land and produce wines of ultimate quality from its soils.
