Semana Artesanal

Semana Artesanal is a bold initiative aimed at showcasing the exceptional talents of our local and regional artisans in the tri-county region. The goal is to open a platform for experienced and emerging artisans to demonstrate their skills, sell their crafts, and engage directly with the community. We hope to bring awareness of the importance of art/culture as an economic driver, an essential part of civic life and a skills-builder for people of all ages! Attendees will enjoy an immersive cultural experience filled with the artistic talents and traditions that make our region vibrant and unique. This event is being sponsored by Arts Council Santa Cruz County, our local Santa Cruz County art hub. This event requires additional sponsors to reach our goals. 

Our vision for the Semana Artesanal extends beyond an arts and crafts fair—it is a celebration of diversity, creativity, and community spirit. Through strategic planning, community engagement, and targeted media outreach, we aim to elevate the visibility of local artisans, attract visitors from across the region, and foster meaningful cross-cultural exchanges. Most importantly, we are committed to ensuring this event is free to the public and accessible to all community members.
