The City of Upland Scary-a-faire Halloween event makes its return to Historic Downtown Upland on Saturday, October 26!
The event will have candy vendors for trick or treating, a car show, food vendors, games, and costume contests. You won't want to miss out on a spook-tacular filled night of fun! The event is free to attend and dog friendly!
