San Diego Whale Watch

Our Story:

San Diego Whale Watch started out as an idea, but turned into a purpose for two young boys. These long-time best friends spent most of their time on the water as avid fisherman. As young boys, they spent their summers fishing and marveled at dolphins and whales right off of our beautiful coast. However, their fellow fisherman did not pay much attention to the beauty of the whales. As they grew older, they began putting their money aside to start a business that would allow others the unique experience of being on the water and enjoying these amazing animals. In June of 2011, their dream became a reality and they started San Diego Whale Watch, San Diego's only year-round whale watching company. Their passion for ocean wildlife is still as strong as it was over 20 years ago when they first had their idea. We hope everyone can feel this passion when they join us one of our tours.
