Tired of the Barcelona City Council claiming that public transportation couldn’t reach the Torre Baró neighborhood because the streets were too narrow and unsafe, Manolo Vital, one of its residents and a bus driver for TMB, set out to prove, behind the wheel of ‘EL 47,’ that the authorities were wrong.
