Performance - Mucho Ado About Nothing

Get ready for the 3rd annual Shakespeare production under the stars at David Girard Vineyards. For the last three years, Folsom Lake College and Falcon’s Eye Theater have partnered with David Girard Vineyard in Placerville, CA to bring live theater to an outdoor setting. Jamie Van Camp of Folsom Lake College has directed these productions. As a Placerville local, he is passionate about bringing professional-level theater performances to our local area, and providing young actors with this unique opportunity. Past productions include As You Like It and The Tempest. This year, Jamie will bring Much Ado About Nothing, one of Shakespeare’s more popular comedies, to the outdoor stage. This is a beloved story about love brought to life through complicated and comical characters. In the style of the previous plays, Much Ado About Nothing will be accompanied by live music from Music Director Jillian Secor and the band Merrygold. 

This show is suitable for ages 8+ (subtle adult humor).
