Move4U 5K Run and Walk

The NSTA has joined the Parkinson’s and Movement Disorder Foundation (PMDF) to promote awareness of Cervical Dystonia and raise funding for Parkinson’s Disease Research by hosting the MOVE4U 5K Walk/Run.

This event will take place at Mile Square Park in Fountain Valley, California. If you are in Orange County, LA County or San Diego County come and participate in the event! Bring your family and friends, spend Saturday morning with us and help us raise funds and raise awareness in the community.

Registration for the event is only $20. Your registration will include participation to win prizes for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place runners and the grand raffle prize of $1,000.00

Location: Mile Square Park, Fountain Valley– Shelter No. 1

Registration:   $20 per person (children under the age of 16 are free)
