Pay tribute to America’s fallen warriors on Memorial Day at the Nixon Library on Monday, May 27, 2024 at a wreath laying ceremony at 10:15 AM. Join US Army Specialist Juan Carlos Hernandez as he shares his story and delivers the keynote remarks. Juan is one of the veterans painted by President George W. Bush and part of the Portraits of Courage exhibit on display at the Nixon Library through May 19th.
At 11:00 AM the Huntington Beach Concert Band will perform its spectacular repertoire of patriotic favorites in the Nixon Library’s exact replica of America’s Grand Ball Room, more formally known as the White House East Room.
