The International Kids Festival Is One Of The Largest Annual Free Family Outdoor Events In The Greater Sacramento Region. It Brings Together Thousands Of Multicultural Families From 2004. The Festival Is Organized By Council For Cross Cultural Affairs, In Support With Community Outreach Academy, Russian American Media, Slavic Community Center Of Sacramento And Slavic-American Chamber Of Commerce. The Festival Promotes Cultural Awareness And Artistic Self-Expression By Allowing Children To Share Their Creative Talents On A Professional Stage
